BOILERS
Just south of the lighthouse of Cap Rhir, a washed-up ship boiler gives its name to this consistent and powerful righthander. Vertical lips and speed walls are held up by funnelling trade winds, bouncing off the hills.
ANCHOR POINT
The point of Taghazout. Long straight with a take-off in front of the rocks, sections of walls to let go until you hit the interior sections.
TAGHAZOUT
Hash Point and the Wedge are in the two central bays of Taghazout. Both need a good amount of swell and are not as good as the surrounding waves, but offer fun wrinkles when they work.
BANANA POINT
Small beach nestled between the mouth of Tamrhakht, usually dry, and a cap offering some protection against the north wind. A long straight tip that breaks gently on sand and pebbles.
